Come and enjoy 3 days of yoga, breath work, meditation, mantra and relaxation in the beautiful grounds at The Quaives, in the stunning Kent countryside with an experienced teacher. In kundalini yoga we have no levels everyone does what they can and that is all, which means it is open to everyone of all abilities. In this weekend retreat, you'll get a chance to experience many different kundalini yoga classes taught by Satgur, as well as free time to enjoy the gardens, walks in the countryside and for those that feel very energetic there is the tennis court! Or enjoy unwinding in the outside hot tub. The food, snacks, and drinks are lovingly prepared by our onsite chef, Susie, meticulously well planned to give you tasty and nutritious food to help reboot your system, so you leave feeling rejuvenated and reenergised. Guests can help themselves to teas and filtered water during the weekend, and relax inside our Saloon with comfy sofas and a log burner at the one end for chilling, reading or chatting to other group members.

Kundalini yoga is the yoga of awareness, it is designed to help the practitioner connect to the energy inside, and to feel a greater sense of inner peace, joy and bliss. The yoga sets are called kriya's and include breath work, yoga postures, mantra and relaxation. We will also practice different types of mediation over the three days. The weekend will leave you feeling totally reenergized, whole again, and calibrated on the deepest levels as the yoga practice and food will serve to reboot your whole system; the body, mind, and energy bodies.
